You’ll be amazed at the range of edible pickings available along our coastline. Tony has lived all over the east coast of Scotland and has developed a keen eye for what is edible across our landscape. It’s a tour not to be missed!
You will take a short, circular walk on and around East Sands looking at sustainable foraging. The walk also looks at the damage caused (both to the physical infrastructure of the beach and the flora/fauna) by recent surges in the tides caused, in part, by climate change-driven sea level rise.
