Want to cycle to work but lack motivation?
Join Transition and other cycle commuters for a free hot breakfast roll or sandwich and hot drink at Tindals Cafe, Eden Campus. All welcome. Town or gown. Employee, professional, academic or post graduate can grab a £5 a voucher to spend that morning on breakfast or lunch as a well done for cutting the carbon footprint of the town and university. Funded by Smarter Choices, Smarter Places, Paths for All.
Bike Pool, Transition’s cycling project, offers a free breakfast to all staff, post grads and community members who cycle to work on the first Wednesday at Tindals Cafe and the last Wednesday of every month at Rectors Cafe in St Marys Place from 8am to 9am.
Turn up with your bike. Tell us where you have cycled from and you will get a free £5 voucher to spend at the cafe that morning.
