Online Cooking Club

During term time, every Tuesday at 5:15pm we meet online to cook low-cost, healthy and sustainable vegetarian meals, snacks and desserts/baked goods, using as much local and seasonal produce as possible and catering for all taste buds. All ages welcome (children will need adult supervision). It’s super relaxed and just a chance to get some family cooking in the diary or an opportunity to try new recipes, when the weeks always get so busy. Top tip: goggles double up as great eye protectors for the onion and garlic chopping!

You can sign up to get a weekly email reminder about the session, detailing what we will be making and a zoom link if you fancy joining. People are very welcome to dip in and out, depending on availability and whether they fancy making what is on the menu! If nothing else, it’s a weekly recipe idea in your inbox! Previous recipes have included homemade gnocchi and pitta bread, cheesy potato pie, savoury muffins, lentil dahl and lentil bake, crumble and biscuits, pumpkin pie and fritters, lentil patties, vegetable pasta bake, potato dumplings, pizza and soups.
