If you haven’t heard of a Scottish bridie, it’s a bit like a Cornish pasty. Delicious. In this class we’ll be using quorn mince instead of steak mince in the bridies, and Scottish oats, dried fruit and nuts in the no-bake flapjacks. Suitable for beginners – all ages welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult). No cost involved.
