Reuse Pop Up Stall

While our St AndReuse store behind University Hall is still closed for building works, we are hosting a weekly lunchtime Reuse pop up stall in front of the Cheesy Toastie Shack in front of East Sands Sailing Club. Please pop along in your lunchbreak, if you can. **Please note this is subject to dry weather – please check back on our website on the day of the Pop Up Stall to make sure it’s going ahead**

It doesn’t matter whether you are staff, student, local resident or tourist, our St AndReuse project is open to everyone. Join our local sharing and circular economy and meet lots of passionate people helping to tackle waste, save carbon, keep money in pockets and build community.

We have just about anything but our staples are – kitchenware (saucepans, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc), fluffy cushions and blankets, laundry baskets/ shower racks, kids toys and clothes, a huge range of adults shoes and clothes, stationery (folders, pens, notebooks), puzzles and games, electricals (adapters, cables), books, toiletries & make-up, cleaning products, and all kinds of bedding (duvets, duvet covers and sheets, pillows and pillow cases, mattress protectors).

Previous unusual donations include things like fairy wings, a Nintendo Wii, a family size tent (sleeping 8-12), golf clubs, a dehumidifier, drum kit, blow up mattresses… the list goes on. You just never know what you’re going to find! And if you can’t find what you’re looking for then come back in a couple of weeks because we get donations all the time so you never know what’s going to be available.

EVERYTHING IS FREE except adult clothes and shoes which are 5 for £5. The money then gets reinvested into Transition’s other activities and events, to keep them no or low cost.
