Return of the Kailyaird

We all appreciate fresh food, especially if we grow it ourselves. And “growing your own” is arguably a more resilient, healthier and tastier option than buying from a supermarket with a supply chain stretching to the moon and back. So Transition UStA was really interested to hear that the “Kitchen Garden”, or “Kailyaird” in Scots, was making a return at one of the most prestigious hotels in the area, the St Andrews Bay.
