Active Travel for All Festival 2023
A week long celebration of active travel that everyone can get involved in. No matter your ability or fitness. There is an event for you.
When: Monday 20th March – Friday 25th March 2023
Where: All over St Andrews
What: A festival of events celebrating walking, cycling and other forms of active travel. With opportunities to get out, get active and meet new faces, is a week of events worth getting along to. From trying out running to e bikes. Hope to see you there!
The week will culminate in a festival of Active Travel for All on Saturday 25th March in St Andrews Church Square. We will be bringing along our adaptive cycles for all to try and to enjoy some fun with the family.
The week coincides with the SUSTRANS Big Walk and Wheel. (March 20th – 31st) https://bigwalkandwheel.org.uk/
Sustrans Big Walk and Wheel inspires pupils to make active journeys to school, improve air quality in their neighbourhood and discover how these changes benefit their world.
