Transition University of St Andrews is looking for a new Sustainable Travel Worker to join our team. The post works across the University and town to encourage more sustainable travel behaviours through increasing knowledge, providing training, undertaking promotions and delivering services such as Bike maintenance sessions. Key themes that the post holder will promote include walking, cycling, car sharing and public transport. This includes running practical sessions such as leading a ride or health walks. They will also manage and support volunteers that are working on bike maintenance, cycle training and air quality monitoring whilst planning their training and development in order to best meet the needs of the project.
